International Shipping
- We ship worldwide.
- Delivery timelines vary by destination and may take 10–20 business days post dispatch.
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees (if applicable) are borne by the customer.
- We do not offer exchanges for international orders.
Delivery Delays
During festivals, unfavorable climate conditions, or political emergencies, your shipment could get further delayed. We guarantee you that we will make an honest effort to have your package conveyed to you in a decent time or probably will be notified. If a delay is due to stock unavailability, we will contact you with options for a replacement product or store credit.
Return and Exchange
- A request for an exchange has to be made within 2-4 days of delivery.
- Size exchange only - for incorrect sizing or manufacturing defects. In case the size is not available, we shall provide store credit valid for 6 months.
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
- All sale & made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable.
- We do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders.
- The product appears used or damaged
- Tags or packaging are missing
- The request is outside the eligible timeframe
On discounted pieces and custom orders, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order for assistance.
